Charlotte is a real estate Broker and CCIM who works with clients to maximize their value and potential for each property. She strives to exceed her clients’ expectations, creating lifelong partnerships.

With a focus on retail disposition, Charlotte has successfully mitigated her clients’ real estate liability by leasing, subleasing and selling in all economic environments.

Charlotte has more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience and has personally been involved in transactions totaling in excess of $200 million, including the sale of over 50 Albertsons stores.

Charlotte received her CCIM designation in 2012, which gave her further understanding of all the leasing, management, development, construction and tenant needs that drive value to a property.

Charlotte attended SMU, University of Texas at Austin and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas at Dallas.

In her personal life, Charlotte and her husband, Jonathan, are very involved in fostering and volunteering with a local dog rescue group. In addition, they are avid travelers with a passion for the ocean, scuba diving and skiing in the mountains.
